Bolger Birdwatcher 2
LOA: 25’6″ | Beam: 5’7″
In my opinion, there are very few sailboats as strange as the Bolger Birdwatchers. I’ve never sailed in a full enclosed sailboat, but I suspect I would feel a bit closed in. Having grown up sailing on the steamy coast of South Carolina, where a capsize dip in the muddy water was a welcome relief, I don’t imagine this would be the most comfortable boat for a warmer climate. It practically looks like a floating greenhouse. Though, I suppose in a cooler climate it might be fun, especially to look out as you’re sailing along in the rain.
This boat was built in 2008 and is located in Florida.
